If you are willing to stay out and I mean STAY OUT..3-4 weeks at a time you can do very well..
This is a very good company,I worked here for 6 1/2 years leased 4 trucks 2 of wich I spec ed myself with the help of the owner...
I really loved working here and I miss it every day....
They take special interest in the driver who goes the distance!!!
Just make your appointments on time and you will do fine..
Don't know anything about this company, but I remember seeing these trucks back when I was about 9-10 years old hitting it hard with pop... I'm 31 now and it's awesome every time I see u guys on the road brings up the memories with him.... (Every time we saw one he'd mumble out "baarrllooowww")
Remember...No company is perfect even this one..it's up to you and how hard you're willing to work! :)
They don't give a damn about what color,religion or creed you are, they treat you as you would treat them and that goes for everybody there!!!

I work for them so far so good. They do check out their potential drivers. They understand people make mistakes and give drivers opportunities when bigger companies won't. From driver to driver... why would you consider lease purchase or otr if you want to be home frequently? Your setting yourself up for failure not due to the company's fault but by your own poor choice! All companies have their pros and cons you just have to do your research and speak with your family decide what's best for you and your family. Hope this helps anyone considering working for us.
Going on 6 years with Barlow not going anywhere else.i get home when needed and most of the time when I want. I make a decent salary no complaints here. The staff is very caring and will help in anyway possible. You work hard you will do great. If you want a job to sluff off at this is not the place for you PERIOD. It's not a perfect place we all have them bad days but at the end of the day they do treat you like family.
You can average $1,500-$1800 if you are willing to run and be on time!!!!! As for discrimination, that is a bunch of nonsense!!!!!!!!
Everyone here works really hard to keep this place moving and they are very personable.
They have true owner op spec ed equipment..
